How do I check for new firmware and upgrade it?
Please follow the steps below to find out if a new firmware is available for your camera.
1. Open the MyCam app and log in.
2. After logging in, you will see the camera overview screen. Click the settings button in the bottom left corner.
3. Next, click on “Firmware update”.
4. You will see available firmware updates for your Wi-Fi Home Cam listed here. Click the “Update all” button to download and install new firmwares.
